the karen read jury - mission impossible

imagine being stuck in a room for hours and days and weeks on end -
while people bombard you with millions of facts about right handed
ants in the Amazon jungle - and then at the end of the show - they ask
you for a 500 page report explaining why right handed ants are being
discriminated against in Rio de Janeiro

the whole process is totally corrupt

1. no one listens for more than 20 minutes at a time

2. constant repetition of useless information just wastes time - how
many times have we heard about "Car 5" already? (Car 5 has nothing to
do with anything - unless he is the killer somehow)

3. no one in the jury is being allowed to ask questions in real time -
or even after the sessions

4. when it comes time for the jury to vote - no one will tell them
what the Delphi process is - there whole decision making process will
probably be based on rock / paper / scissors

5. substituting written testimony for audible testimony could probably
save 50% of the jurys time - having a computer simulation of the
entire event could probably reduce the trial to one day

6. will the jury be allowed to see the videos of the court sessions? -
they have already been told that they will not be allowed to see the
court reporters notes - which is TOTAL BULLSHIT

7. the purpose of the jury is to find the truth and to recommend a
"justice system" solution to the event - does anyone think the jury
will come anywhere close to uncovering the "truth"?

8 . prove me wrong
