seems insane that he never told the grand jury or anyone
but there might be a good reason - not sure - need to go back and
listen to entire testimony
much of this seemed very odd - did you hear X say Y? - i dont recall -
WHAT? - dont you remember X talking to Y? what was Ys reaction? - do
you not remember the exact words? do you not remember X standing next
to Y? do you not remember words going from x to y? exactly what is it
that your dont remember?
