they are slimming down from 150 old dozers to 100 newer dozers with
max age of 15 years
have 91 foresters and 112 rangers and 15 dispatchers and 2 pilots and
36 office staff
foresters are probably required to have a 4 year forestry college degree
rangers are probably required to know how to drive a dozer
they want 20 new brush trucks also
note - each dozer needs to have a transport truck also - dozers cost
$400,000 - brush trucks cost $100,000 - transport trucks might cost
$100,000 (or that might be part of the 400k number)
no mention of lookout towers
no mention of helicopters
they might have 20 call when needed observation pilots also
have 73 vhf repeaters - supply 130 UHF repeaters for local FD use - a
very unique system - no other state does that afaik
