8 minute video - pd riding on 4 wheelers - dont look too bad - some
broken windows - 1 destroyed car port - most roofs looked OK -
furnishings might be wrecked by salt water though

I think there needs to be some level of insurance reform that makes
homes and businesses within a certain mileage of the Gulf unnsurable..
If you already own one, then you are grandfathered in. But any new
development or sales of existing properties, the new buyer takes that
risk on their own.. They obviously have the cash.... I live in the
center of the state and keep watching my premiums double year after
year because the insurance companies have to keep rebuilding these
luxury gulf front homes and businesses and replace all their expensive
furnishings, art, cars, etc.. It's me and my neighbors in the middle
of nowhere, driving our Hyundai's, and sitting on rooms to Go
furniture, while living in modest houses, that are paying the real
cost to rebuild these high risk expensive areas..

Man, i feel sorry for all those mom and pop businesses on st armands,
this is the 3rd time they got flooded this year
