GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - Emergency response data shows less than four
in ten cardiac arrest patients in our area receive CPR before first
responders arrive, well below Wisconsin's statewide average.
But there is good news. Local AED use before EMS arrival is nearly
double the national rate.
