btw - good luck trying to download the pdf of the city budget
note - the city council can make cuts to the budget but they cannot
add to the budget - that seems very weird
dont see 'ambulance' mentioned in the city budget anywhere - anyone
have a copy of the city agreement with the private ambulance company?
