Was that guy surrendering? I could not hear what the perp said
What was the point of calling "shots fired" on the radio? Maybe some clarification is needed - who is shooting at whom.
He was transitioning from the Taser? he was?
I wonder if it is possible for 1 person to have a Taser in 1 hand and a gun in the other - and to not mix them up?
