FAA bought a Index A Rosenbauer Airwolf crash truck for Joplin. Joplin
Airport got busier and the FAA bought them a Index B crash truck.
Joplin no longer needed the Rosenbauer so the best solution was to
transfer it to the Kirksville MO airport.

I would guess that at least 750 GPM is required by the NFPA spec or
the FAA spec - that would empty the water tank in 2 minutes
