54,000 murders in 55 cities over 10 years - 50% saw arrests
Boston - huge disparity in arrest rate for white victims vs black victims
just for the record - in US cities - blacks and hispanics typically
live in certain high crime neighborhoods - many murders occur in black
neighborhoods with black on black crimes - most of this is tied to
drugs and feuds - not sure where Hispanics figure into this
Austin TX has a 70% homicide arrest rate - that is
probably a majority Hispanic city
