wow - some counties are ridiculously bad
note - these are 90th percentile times - divide by 2 to get
approximate average response times
for warren and sussex - they are the rural counties - but you might
expect the majority of people to live near a ambulance station - I
wonder if most calls are transports from nursing homes to hospitals -
and the ambulances use oncall staff - and the FDs dont do any EMS
first response service?
