South Dakota - State Game Fish and Parks rangers "dont do" SAR and EMS
- which is kinda weird actually - the game wardens and park rangers in
NH and ME seem to do alot of SAR - maybe because they are required by
law - of course ME and NH dont have local SAR or county SAR afaik
