what is the future of hospital emergency rooms in Massachusetts?
are we going down to 1 ER per county?
plus 3 super ERs that can do surgery 24/7?
If Boston Med Flight could ever get their act in gear - they could be
swooping in and out of ballfields all day long taking people to the 3
super ERs - they need to be dispatched on the initial 911 call - not
20 minutes later - and that goes for MI and stroke and trauma and etc
and the helos should be able to handle a lucas device - goes without saying
am I right or wrong?

helos and 2 cop helos circle around as 1 medevac chopper picks up 1
patient
