downtown Taipei City is across the river - I think you can just barely
see 1 hirise sticking way up - maybe 100 floors - maybe the Taipei
Tower?
2 different FDs
in fact - New Taipei City FD might be different than New Tapei County
FD - but I need to figure that out
basically just 2 or 3 FDs cover the entire metropolis - plus maybe
some military, natl park, airport, etc FDs
