Periods of Light Snow Across the Northern Tier; Locally Heavy Rainfall
Across the Southern Plains

Several weather systems will bring periods of light snow across the
Northern Tier of the country this week. By mid-week, locally heavy
rainfall may produce some potential for flash flooding across the
Southern Plains. Meanwhile, a stagnant air mass across the
Northwestern U.S. may lead to some air quality issues this week.
