Below Normal Temperatures Expected Mid To Late Week from Plains to East

A strong cold front is forecast to dig and sweep across the Eastern
two-thirds of the U.S. over the next few days. This system will
produce moderate to heavy snowfall from the Upper Mississippi Valley
to northern New England, along with heavy rain from the southern
Plains to the Tennessee Valley. The main theme though will be an
extended stretch of below to much below normal temperatures.
