Arctic Blast For Central And Eastern U.S. Late This Weekend; Western
U.S. Temperatures Above Normal

Another arctic blast will dive through the central U.S. Sunday and
Monday, then shift into the eastern U.S. by Tuesday. This will be the
coldest air of the season so far, and numerous daily temperatures
records could be set. Wintry precipitation is expected along the
leading cold front, especially in the northern Plains. Meanwhile, in
the west, temperatures will remain above normal.
