yes - 2019 dies today
calendar year 2019 dies at midnight on December 31 2019
the year can not be resurrected - the year cannot be put on life support
the year is gone and it aint coming back
------------------
question - at what point does 'becoming one year older' change from
being a good thing to a bad thing? probably around 45 - thats probably
when the body starts to seriously decay - and one is old enough to
recognize what that means
unless - one is in perfect health at 90 - but even with perfect
health, I gotta think that at the age of 45 or 50, for every new thing
that one learns, a distant memory is kicked into the trash
(just thinking outloud)
------------------
just thought of something - shouldnt have Jesus been born on December
21? that is the shortest day of the year - we could have a great
parable of a great baby being born on Dec 21 - and the days
immediately started to get longer
missed it by that much
(did I post this earlier? starting to get some deja vu here)
so if Jesus was born on Dec 21 and circumcised on Dec 28 - then Dec 28
would be New Years Day - we could have a week off for Xmas and New
Years - 2 days to recover - and then BOOM into the new year
