Mountain Snow in the West; Mild and Dry for the Central and Eastern U.S.

A storm system passing through the Four Corners region will bring
mainly beneficial mountain snow in the western U.S. for Christmas Eve.
Mild and dry weather conditions will prevail across the central and
eastern states benefiting any last minute Christmas travel or
shopping. No major weather concerns for Santa and his reindeer
traveling east to west across the U.S. tonight.
