California needs more prescribed burns

alternatively - they could hire 4X more large air tankers - or 4X more
engines - or 4X more hand crews - or 10X more

I am 99% sure that the real problem is that USFS and CalFire does not
increase fire-fighting resources quickly enough when they know that
Red Flags will occur

If you remember back to 2017 ish - we showed that the Napa County area
had 3 fires break out at the same time in the middle of the night -
the first 2 fires sucked all the fire engines out of the area - the
third fire had a 30 minute or 45 minute response time for the first
pumper - this FACT has been well buried

Maybe the real problem is not staffing and prescribed burns - maybe
the real problem is TRUTHINESS

ps - this year they could have put 100 military helios on standby
before the fires hit - but they did not - [also - dont forget - the US
military had over 10,000 helicopters the last time I counted ]
