if they were short on resources initially - why wasnt that all over
the news - and all over the Action Plans? if they were short of
resources - why did it take them 2 weeks to get around to asking Los
Angeles City FD for 5 pumpers? Why didnt fire helos from southern
California fly to the fire (from Kern County FD or Santa Barbara
County FD or Ventura County FD or San Diego County or San Bernardino
County - or the military?)
