its great that they list the 10 digit number also - but one does have
to wonder why they are listing it if 911 really is OK
bottom line - call 911 - then call 10 digit number - then start
yelling for neighbors - fire a gun in air 3 times - blow a whistle 3
times - blast a car horn 3 times - buy a CB - etc - get a satellite
