ENG 1 Type 1 Out of Svc DVP Cow Creek Ranger Station
in the past they have shown 1 or 2 type 3 engines also iirc
out of service = not staffed but ready for calls using on call staffing
iirc 'out of service / mechanical' would indicate that the truck was
broken down / busted / broke / inoperable / kerspladt
