radio license shows 154.34 first licensed on 3/28/1979
maybe it was actually used before that
somebody started to use 154.34 after the other people who were already
on the channel - who could that be? maybe lexington fd went from
158.82 to 154.34 - and joined bedford and burlington and wilmington on
154.34 - maybe lexington fd wanted to get away from their dpw even
though they would have to share 154.34 with 3 other FDs
