Boston really needs these - probably NYC also - one of these days
there will be a major incident with 20 minute response times due to
jammed streets - maybe 3 wheelers would be better in NYC and Boston in
the snow - but they would have to be as skinny as possible - those 3
wheel motor scooters probably would work very nicely
