this will be the system that keeps all drones from crashing into each
other - we recommend that all takeoffs default to due north with 45%
slope (just to make it easy to remember and plot) - we also recommend
that all flight paths follow roadways in city cores - and that 911
feet be assigned as the public safety altitude
