HOWEVER
this poster on their fd website shows 110 as the number for reporting
fires - https://itfaiye.ibb.gov.tr/img/148211822016__532037616.JPG
and their fire truck pictures show 110 plastered all over the fire trucks
they must have started to phase out 110 sometime in the last 10 years
