the cops got a call for a girl screaming and fighting with a guy - and
shots being fired - and the cops just couldnt find anything?
did they check the database for any previous fights in the area? did
they check with uber or lyft at all? did they make any attempt to
contact any neighbors (it was midnight)? did they make direct contact
with the 911 caller? who did the uber driver report his concerns to?
did they ask the RP is they knew of any young women in the area? did
they recognize the voice?
