this is pretty good - but - there is a shallow curve there - and -
there is a low asphalt curb there
another thought - it might not take a 25 mph hit to knock John OKeefe
out or down - maybe 5 mph or 10 mph might be sufficient
think about the odds -
of hitting JOK but not beaking any bones below the neck - and
apparently not leaving any evidence on his body - unless someone
cleaned his body
of hitting anyone and not going up on the curb or hitting any jeeps
not sending JOK flying into the street
not getting JOK jammed under the muffler
not getting anything more than a small dent - assuming that the cops
broke the taillight later
not having anyone in the neighborhood see or hear anything
not having anyone in 34 fairview see or hear anything
not being picked up on a single ring cam
not having any biological evidence on the SUV - unless it was totally
sanitized overnight somehow
not having a Lexus logo imprinted on JOK's butt
not having any paint or material from the Lexus imbedded in or on JOK body
