putting the car on the curb might have flipped that SUV - she aimed
the car perfectly so he would not land in the street where ANY driver
would have seen him - and she hit him the only way she could hit him
without flattening him - or without causing a major dent or broken
bones - and she got the ricochet shot off the curb or hydrant to
finish him off

the prosecution did not supply a video of the death hit - so you have
to imagine this suv backing up at highspeed in the snow - and then
striking a glancing blow to JOK with the right taillight - which spun
him around and slammed his head off the curb and he landed 10 feet
onto the lawn on top of his cellphone - but there is little blood
anywhere even though he bled out or froze to death
quite the friggin shot
has anybody mentioned frostbite in the trial yet? even the ER doctor?
