dc is mostly a flat city - no mountains - maybe just 1 or 2 hills to
300 feet if that - 99% of streets are straight north/south or
east/west - city addresses are divided into 4 quadrants
chicago is also divided into 4 quadrants - seattle also iirc - maybe
miami also or miami dade county
people in these cities might invest less brainpower in navigating
since the city layout is so simple
