added Fannin County and added Union County
they are adjacent - in the NE corner of the state - both counties are
essentially totally covered by the county FDs - except that the City
of Ellijay has a FD also
GFC has 1 station in each county
USFS might have 1 or 2 stations in the area also
its a mountainous area
