at 1218 pm edt - "Orange County EOC" conducted a test of the "Orange
County (Emergency) Access System" - "Laguna Beach Schools" + "Control
1" were called and answered - "Orange County Animal Control" was
called but they did not answer - seemed to be on a repeater - all 3
parties were heard loud and clear via the live feed - this feed -
