gonna guess that a helo with a bucket or snozzle from cal fire or usfs
or cwn showed up and sucked that lake dry
east bay regional parks helo is too far away - same with contra costa
county - if they have a fire helo - no military helos are staffed
apparently - 'police' helos dont do bucket drops in calif - medevacs
dont do bucket drops in calif - media helos dont do bucket drops - no
utility company helos around maybe - no sar helos do bucket drops -
uscg forgetaboutit - so if usfs or calfire cant supply a helo - then
they are screwed on the ground
