too much gridlock - response times going up and up - 50% due to
gridlock - maybe 50% due to gridlock at hospitals
there is no reason that nyc cannot have 1 to 2 minute response times
to every 911 call - its easy - connect the 911 system to pulsepoint -
and require everyone in the city to learn cpr and judo and fire
extinguisher use - and to have pulsepoint on their cellphone - PROBLEM
