on the locked screen, Samsung does, it's smart you just click the
phone button on locked screen and a button for emergency calls is
there

@haloknight7 Agreed. I have a galaxy phone and if the fingerprint
options is enabled the buttons are at the bottom, but you have to
swipe to get the actual phone dial pad and the emergency button.
Little kids might not get the movement correct in that situation, it
shouldn't require a swipe motion.
