Vale BLM fire danger operating plan

https://gacc.nifc.gov/nwcc/content/products/Plans/Southeast%20Oregon%20Burns%20Vale%20FDOP%20NW%2011%20and%2012.pdf

southeast oregon / bale blm response plan

sometimes they send 7 engines + 2 dozers + 2 helos + 2 air tankers on
a first alarm

at night minimum response is 2 engines

staffing depends on weather and fuel and activity level

but the plan makes no mention of response times - ie - if the closest
station is unable to respond to a fire - then by the time the 2nd due
station arrives - the fire will be 10X larger than usual - but this is
not addressed at all

max staffing for vale district is 15 engines and 2 dozers - (at
extreme levels - they only 3 engines and 1 dozer to go out of the
district)

no mention of moveups

typically they have 70% of staff onduty daily - this is a function of
the 5 days on duty / 2 days off duty of a typical 40 hour per week
worker / firefighter

no listing of stations and engines
