they were all damn lucky
the radio traffic was from afd - openness - broadcastify
the lexington fire deputy chief came up once on the arl fd radio
channel - basically he just told the arlington deputy that lexington
was onscene and going to work
there might be a foot path from rindge st in lexington that lfd can
use to access the Res - afd can access the res from lowell st or drake
road - boat or sled access has to be off lowell st pretty much -
unless they want to drag a sled or boat thru the woods
arlington fd actually sent all of their onduty units - 3 engines + 1
ladder + 1 ambulance + 1 deputy - lexington might have sent 2 E + 1 L
+ 1 or 2 medic ambs + 1 deputy fire chief
arl fd has a boat at hq - not sure if its on trailer or not - not sure
if c2 or l1 or e1 took it to scene
arlington C2 wanted 4 people in suits
what does the science say about this? would it be better to leave
someone in the water until paramedics arrive? we had some info about
this - wasnt it the case in baltimore where a homeless guy went into
the harbor? that article had lots of great info about the
resuscitation at the scene and hospital
