1029 am tape from broadcastify - LAFD south dispatch channel
1031 am - brush call dispatched in Engine 23's area
1033 am - LF69 sees loomup and requests 10 more engines and all aircraft
1035 am - Batt Chief also sees loomup and requests 10 extra engines
for a total of 20 extra engines at this point
(at 1012 am there had been a vegetation fire call in 41's are which is
about 5 miles to NE - but apparently no one saw any smoke from 23's
area)
(and apparently no one from Los Angeles County had seen anything in
the area - since we didnt hear any radio traffic on their channel
before the dispatch)
(bottom line - somehow a large loomup happened very quickly)
LAFD = los angeles fire department = los angeles city FD
lafd was working multi wire down calls - and several trash fires along
highways - before the palisades fire was dispatched
