DNA evidence leads to arrest in 1989 rape, murder of mother in Washtenaw County MI

I think they need to pass a federal law saying all evidence from rapes
and murders going back to 1950 should be tested and added to the dna
database. This would be expensive and slow slow going but these
victims blood cries out from the grave. - comment at YT
