not seeing any real info on dispatch times
they answer 90% of all 911 calls in 10 or 15 seconds - like everyone does
but we see zero info on dispatch times and turnout times
pg 198 - apparently all of the ems dispatch times data is messed up
what a lame report

3 or more of the dispatch centers turn over callers to AMR Sacramento for EMD
interesting - especially when you try to fix a problem or sue someone
