Miami Dade got WT1

Earlier this month, Miami-Dade Fire Rescue (#MDFR) placed a new water
tender unit into service. Built by Pierce on a Freightliner chassis,
#WaterTender1 features a 3,000-gallon tank and can pump up to 1,250
gallons of water per minute.
Water tenders are specialized apparatus used to support incidents in
areas with limited water availability or when the demand exceeds the
capacity of standard suppression units.
Water Tender 1 is staffed by one lieutenant and one firefighter
responding out of #Station16.
