north of bakersfield approx - east of fresno
air attack = command plane
jumper = maybe has 8 to 12 smoke jumpers from redding calif maybe
HT = helitanker = 1,000 gallon tank or larger iirc - probably under
contract to usfs
this is probably way out in the wilderness - maybe no cal fire and no
local FDs involved yet
usfs probably has 5 engines responding with 5 people each - eta 1 to 2 hours
maybe 2 hand crews also going - total of 40 ground pounders
