they wait 5 minutes before doing a 2nd page
they could wait just 1 minute before doing a 2nd page - that way if
someones pager failed the first time around - it would work within 1
minute
note - Medic 2 probably has no firefighting capability - its probably
either an ambulance or a suv or a light rescue truck
