Provincetown Mass FD uses at least 3 pager groups

per eDispatches - All Call + Fire + Station

gonna guess that Station just wakes up the crew at HQ - Fire probably
wakes up all firefighters - All Call might wake up everyone in the FD
(maybe that includes Fire staff and EMS staff - if they have 2
different groups

or maybe - Fire is for paid staff - and All Call has paid staff and
paid on call staff

for minor fire calls - like a CO alarm with no symptoms or for a
central station alarm - iirc they page Fire and tell the duty crew /
in station crew and one of the fire groups to respond
