helo took off from kingman at 9 pm - arrived at flagstaff scene at 10
pm = crashed at 1017 pm - helo was last inspected on jan 26 2026 -
there was no gunfire coming from the helo - all guns at scene have
been inventoried
investigation is underway - no cause of crash identified yet
