https://www.youtube.com/live/JsJLlFf3iTo?si=0iWRuJrlaBWSMKAX - live video from scene - crane is up - rescue / recovery efforts still underway - 133 pm edt
the story so far - there was telecomms problem on one section of rail line - the safety system (?automatically?) shut down all train 5 or 7 trains on that 1 section of rail line - then a controller told 1 train they could move - apparently the safety guidelines said train could only go 40 km / hr but they went 140 km / hr - they struck train in front of them after a 17 minute journey
transport minister said that they had recreated the crash at the control center - so apparently the transport department knows exactly how (or why) the crash happened
