Class 9 or Class 10) - that is 33%
Is that true? Are 33% of the fire departments in the USA incompetent?
Question - how much do fire insurance rates change between ISO Class
10, Class 9, and Class 8? That would be very interesting information.

Look at the ISO curve on page 9 of 38. Does that make any sense? Why does it have 2 peaks?
