Victor Rosario was convicted of lighting an arson fire in 1983 that
killed 8 people in a Lowell apartment house. This appeal contends that
all 3 evidentiary pillars of the prosecutors case were bogus. The 3
bogus pillars were - arson investigators analysis of physical evidence
- police interrogation of suspect in throes of alcohol withdrawal -
evidence from a tenuous eyewitness
