fire insurance losses up 22% in 2017

LexisNexis Fire and Disaster Response Score incorporates advanced

data, true drive times from responding fire stations, and other data
sources to more precisely model fire risks. It also determines the
risk level at the location area.

problem - dispatch times range from 15 seconds to 3 minutes - turnout
