lots of good info here
they have 4 platoons - some work 24 hour shifts - some work split shifts
HQ has 4 engines + 1 teleboom + 2 rescues + 2 comm vans + 2 snorkels +
1 water tender - I am sure that includes "reserve" apparatus
Sta 2 has 7 people on each shift - which probably means they run with
1 officer and 4 firefighters usually - the officer would either be a
'station officer' or a 'sub officer' I guess
rank structure info is here also
I dont see any mention of turnout times
80% are first responder trained - this is a 6 day course
Cork City FD has 2 stations - I think they are entirely surrounded by
the Cork County FD which might have 10 stations (but maybe no fulltime
firefighters)
